Setup
Battery Installation
The VTech Musical Rhymes Book requires 2 AAA batteries for operation. Batteries are included for demo purposes, but new batteries are recommended for regular use.
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the book.
- Using a screwdriver, open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 2 new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.
Power On/Off and Volume Control
The book features a power switch and volume control for user convenience.
- Locate the green power switch on the spine of the book.
- Slide the switch to the "On" position to activate the book.
- The switch also allows adjustment between two volume levels or to turn the unit off.
