Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Placement
Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface to ensure accurate readings. Avoid placing it on soft or uneven surfaces, or near strong electromagnetic fields.
Operating Instructions
1. Turning On/Off
- To turn on: Press the ON/OFF button. The display will show "8888" then "0.0" or "0" indicating it's ready for use.
- To turn off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds, or the scale will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.
2. Weighing Items
- Ensure the scale is on and displays "0.0" or "0".
- Gently place the item to be weighed onto the center of the tempered glass platform.
- Read the weight displayed on the LCD screen.

Measurement Units
The Weighmax GR25 scale supports four different measurement units: pounds and ounces (lb:oz), kilograms and grams (kg:g), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl.oz).
- With the scale turned on and displaying "0.0", press the UNIT button.
- Each press of the UNIT button will cycle through the available units: lb:oz → kg:g → ml → fl.oz.
- Select your desired unit before weighing.
Tare Function
The Tare function allows you to weigh multiple ingredients in the same container or to weigh an item without including the weight of its container.
- Place an empty container on the scale platform. The display will show the container's weight.
- Press the ON/OFF button once. The display will reset to "0.0", effectively subtracting the container's weight.
- Add the item(s) you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show only the net weight of the added items.
- To clear the tare and return to normal weighing mode, remove all items from the scale and press the ON/OFF button again, or turn the scale off and then on.
Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the scale surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
- Storage: Store the scale in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures and high humidity.
- Handling: The weighing platform is made of tempered glass. Handle with care to prevent breakage.
- Batteries: Remove batteries if the scale will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
