Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge the Spigen Velo S520. Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port located at the bottom of the handle and plug the other end into a USB power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 30 minutes. The indicator light will change to show charging status.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
  2. Press and hold the shutter button on the selfie stick until the indicator light begins to flash, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your smartphone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Spigen S520" from the list.
  4. Once paired, the indicator light on the selfie stick will stop flashing and remain solid.

3. Attaching Your Smartphone

Gently pull open the adjustable phone holder. Insert your smartphone into the holder, ensuring it is securely gripped by the rubberized pads. The holder accommodates smartphones between 2 and 3 inches in width.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the shutter button for a few seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the shutter button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off.

2. Extending and Adjusting the Stick

Gently pull the telescoping sections of the stick to extend it to your desired length. The stick can extend up to 31.5 inches. To collapse, push the sections back into the handle. The phone holder can be rotated up to 270 degrees to achieve various shooting angles.

3. Taking Photos/Videos

Once your smartphone is paired and securely mounted, open your phone's camera application. Press the shutter button on the selfie stick to capture a photo or start/stop video recording.

Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Pairing

  • Ensure the selfie stick is charged and powered on.

Shutter Button Not Working
