Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your awning. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly and installation.
1. Fabric Roller Assembly
- Insert the fabric roller link into the fabric roller bars, lining up the pre-drilled holes. Secure with screws.

2. Front Bar Assembly
- Insert the front bar link into the front bar, lining up the pre-drilled holes. Secure with screws.

3. Torsion Bar Assembly
- Insert the torsion bar link into the torsion bar, lining up the pre-drilled holes. Secure with bolts. Warning: Do not remove the safety sleeves that hold the arms down!

4. Fabric and Valance Installation
- Thread the thin fabric liner through the top side of the fabric.

- Thread one of the thick fabric liners through the bottom of the fabric.

- Thread the other thick fabric liner through the valance.

- Thread the top side of the fabric and its liner into the assembled fabric roller.

- Thread the bottom side of the fabric and the valance into the front bar.

- Roll up the assembled fabric. Use the fabric's left and right seams as a guide to ensure fabric is rolled up evenly.

- Insert the assembled fabric roller into the cassettes and secure with bolts.

5. Motor Assembly
- Insert motor into the left fabric roller. The power cord, hand crank, and limit switches should fit into the gap provided by the fabric roller.

- Attach end cap to cassette and secure with screws.

6. LED Light Installation (if applicable)
- Stick adhesive LED tape to the open groove on the cassette.

- Fix plastic cover to groove to protect LED lights. You can slide the plastic cover over the groove, or press to snap the plastic cover on.

- Connect the LED wires together, and connect the motor to the LED tape.

7. Final Assembly Steps
- Insert assembled torsion bar into the assembled cassette roller support bar. Warning: Do not remove the safety sleeves that hold the arms down!

- Make sure the ends of the assembled torsion bar are flush, then secure by tightening the bolts.

- Slide blockers into the front bar grooves so that they are a few inches away from the inside of each arm elbow. Then tighten to secure.

- Insert arm bar links into the same groove on the assembled front bar, and line up the arm bar links with the top of each arm.

- Tighten arm bar links so that they are secure in the assembled front bar.

- Cut the extra cord coming out of the fabric.

- Cut the wrapping on the arms. Be careful when doing so as these are spring-loaded.

- Insert fabric locks into both ends of the assembled front bar and secure with screws.

- Insert torsion bar cover and front bar cover onto each end of the assembled torsion bar and assembled front bar, respectively.

- Fasten the cassette support in the middle of the torsion bar.

- Insert 2 nuts into the back groove of the assembled cassette and fasten with two bolts.

- Secure the cassette support to the torsion bar with 1 bolt.

Mounting Your Awning
- Locate the studs on your wall.

- Drill holes for mounting brackets.

- Once the holes are drilled, secure wall brackets to wall with screws. Make sure wall brackets are tight and do not move!

- Place awning onto wall brackets and secure with bolts.

Adjusting Awning Pitch
When you manually extend the awning for the first time, it might be uneven. That's okay! To adjust the pitch, have someone help hold the front bar while you adjust the front torsion bar bolt.

How to Pair Your Awning Remote
- Disconnect the power and wait for 10 seconds. Then, reconnect the power so that the awning motor will jogs and beeps once.

- Press P2 so that the awning motor will beep once.

- Press P2 again so that the motor beeps once more. Turn the remote immediately and press the DOWN button so that the awning jogs once and beeps several times.

Operating Instructions
Setting Deploy and Retract Positions
IMPORTANT! Do not use remote to control awning motor until the deploy and retract positions are set.
- To set the Deploy Position, press the DOWN button on the remote. If the awning automatically stops before the desired position, turn the white limit switch toward "+" sign until the awning reaches the desired position. If the awning does not stop when it reaches the desired position, hit the STOP button on your remote to prevent motor damage. Then, turn the white limit switch toward "-" sign and continue to check if the awning will stop at the desired position.

- To set up the Retract Position (about 2 cm from tube), press the UP button on the remote. If the awning automatically stops before the awning is closed in the desired position, turn the red limit switch toward "+" sign to set the desired closed position. If the awning does not stop in the correct closed position, press the STOP button on your remote to prevent motor damage. Turn the red limit switch toward the "-" sign until the awning stops 2 cm away from the tube.

Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the awning fabric for any tears or damage. Repair promptly to prevent further deterioration.
- Clean the fabric with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the UV-resistant coating.
- Check all bolts and screws periodically to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Lubricate moving parts of the arms and joints annually with a silicone-based spray to ensure smooth operation.
- Always retract the awning during strong winds, heavy rain, or snow to prevent damage to the fabric and frame.
