2. Setup

The Zelotes T80 mouse features a simple Plug & Play setup, requiring no additional drivers or software installation for basic functionality.

  1. Locate an available USB port on your computer (PC or Mac).
  2. Insert the USB connector of the Zelotes T80 mouse firmly into the USB port.
  3. Your operating system will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This process usually takes a few seconds.
  4. Once installed, the mouse is ready for immediate use.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Button Functions

The Zelotes T80 mouse is equipped with 7 buttons for versatile control:

  • 1. Left Button: Standard left-click function.
  • 2. Right Button: Standard right-click function.
  • 3. Middle Button (Scroll Wheel): Scrolls content up/down. Pressing it acts as a middle-click.
  • 4. Forward Button: Navigates forward in web browsers or file explorers.
  • 5. Backward Button: Navigates backward in web browsers or file explorers.
  • 6. DPI Adjustment Button: Cycles through DPI settings.
  • 7. Fire Button: Provides a rapid double-click action.

3.2 DPI Adjustment

The DPI (Dots Per Inch) setting determines the sensitivity of the mouse cursor. The T80 mouse offers five adjustable DPI levels:

  • 1000 DPI

  • 2400 DPI
  • 3200 DPI
  • 7200 DPI

Press the DPI Adjustment Button (6) to cycle through these settings. Each change will typically be indicated by a change in the mouse's LED color or a brief flash.

  • To turn LEDs On/Off: Press and hold the DPI Adjustment Button (6) for approximately 3 seconds.
  • To change LED color: Press and hold the Forward Button (4) for approximately 3 seconds. The mouse will cycle through available colors.

4. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Zelotes T80 mouse, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the mouse. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water, but avoid excessive moisture. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Sensor Care: Keep the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse clean and free from dust or debris to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Cable Management: Avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling on the USB cable. Store the cable neatly when not in use to prevent damage.
