Setup

1. Powering the Unit

The Lenco PA-45 can be powered by AC mains or its internal rechargeable battery.

1. AC Power: Connect the supplied AC power cable to the AC Input on the rear panel and plug the other end into a wall outlet. Set the "POWER SOURCE" switch to "AC INPUT" and the "AC POWER" switch to "ON".
2. Battery Power: Ensure the internal battery is charged. Set the "POWER SOURCE" switch to "DC INPUT". The unit will operate on battery power.

2. Charging the Battery

To charge the integrated lead-acid battery:

1. Connect the AC power cable to the unit and a wall outlet.
2. Set the "POWER SOURCE" switch to "AC INPUT".
3. Set the "AC POWER" switch to "CHG ON". The "CHG" indicator light on the top panel will illuminate.
4. Allow sufficient time for the battery to fully charge. The "CHG" indicator will typically change or turn off when charging is complete.
5. Note: For optimal battery life, it is recommended to charge the battery at least once a month, even if the unit is not in regular use.

3. Attaching the Carry Strap

Attach the included carry strap to the designated attachment points on the sides of the unit for easy portability.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Operation

1. Turn on the unit using the power switch on the rear panel.
2. Adjust the master Volume knob to a low level before playing audio.
3. Use the Bass and Treble knobs to adjust the sound equalization to your preference.

2. Bluetooth Connection

1. Press the "INPUT SWITCHING" button until "Bluetooth" mode is selected. The Bluetooth indicator will flash.
2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "Lenco PA-45" from the list of devices.
4. Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now play audio from your device through the PA-45.
5. Note: If connection issues occur, ensure no other devices are connected to the PA-45 and try re-pairing.

3. USB / SD Card Playback

1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot on the top panel.
2. Press the "INPUT SWITCHING" button to select "USB" or "SD" mode.
3. The unit will automatically begin playing compatible audio files from the storage device.
4. Use the playback controls (Play/Pause, Next, Previous) on the top panel to manage your music.

4. AUX Input

5. Microphone Input

1. Connect a microphone to the "MIC INPUT" jack on the top panel.
2. Adjust the "MIC VOL" knob to control the microphone's volume.
3. Use the "MIC ECHO" knob to add an echo effect to the microphone's sound.

6. Guitar Input

1. Connect your guitar to the "GUITAR INPUT" jack on the top panel.
