  4. Once all settings are confirmed, the monitor will exit setup mode.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Taking a Measurement

Proper positioning is essential for accurate readings. Follow these steps:

  1. Sit comfortably with your back supported by a chair.
  2. Rest and remain seated for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
  3. Place the cuff on your non-dominant arm, or the arm used by your healthcare professional, directly against bare skin.
  4. Ensure the cuff is positioned approximately one finger-width from your wrist joint.
  5. Support your arm on a table or other hard surface.
  6. Position the cuff level with your heart.
  7. Keep your legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor.
  8. Do not move or speak during the measurement.
  9. Press the ON/OFF button to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate, then slowly deflate while taking the reading.
  10. Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed.
