Safety Information

Setup
Before first use, ensure the charger is placed on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated area. Connect the charger to a standard 120V AC power outlet. The charger is designed to be compatible with all EGO POWER+ 56V ARC Lithium batteries.

Operating Instructions
- Connecting the Battery: Align the battery with the charger port and slide it firmly into place until it clicks.
- Charging Process: Once the battery is connected, the integrated LED charging indicators on the charger will illuminate to show the battery's charge level and status. A fan-cooled system operates during charging to prevent battery overheating.
- Charge Times:
- 2.5 Ah battery: Approximately 50 minutes
- 5.0 Ah battery: Approximately 100 minutes
- Removing the Battery: Once charging is complete (indicated by a solid green light on the battery and charger), press the battery release button and slide the battery out of the charger.

Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your EGO POWER+ 56V Standard Charger:
- Keep the charger clean and free of debris. Use a dry cloth to wipe down surfaces.
- Ensure the fan vents are clear to allow for proper cooling during operation.
- Store the charger in a dry, indoor location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Regularly inspect the power cord for any damage. If damaged, have it replaced by a qualified service technician.
