1. Product Overview

2. Components Included

Before assembly, please ensure all the following components are present:

• (2) Twist 'n' Turn suction cups
• (2) Regular suction cups

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation to ensure maximum stability and safety for your pet. No tools are required for assembly.

1. Prepare the Window Surface: Thoroughly clean the interior glass patio door or window where the perch will be mounted. Ensure the window is completely dry and free from any residue, dirt, or cleaning product film.
2. Clean Suction Cups: Wash the suction cups with a mild detergent and rinse them thoroughly. Dry the suction cups completely before use.
3. Warm Suction Cups (Optional but Recommended): Warm suction cups adhere better than cold ones. You can soak the suction cups in hot water (approximately 160°F or 71°C) for 2 minutes (remove the nut and plastic backing first) or leave them in the sun for a few minutes to warm them. Allow them to dry naturally if soaked.
4. Attach Bottom Suction Cups: Place the two regular suction cups onto the window at the desired height for the bottom of the perch.
5. Attach Top Suction Cups: Place the two Twist 'n' Turn suction cups onto the window above the bottom cups. These are the primary weight-bearing cups.
6. Secure the Perch: Attach the EZ Mount Kitty Sill frame to the suction cups. For the Twist 'n' Turn cups, stick them to the window, then screw the nut on to tighten, creating a strong suction.

• Cat Usage: Your cat can freely jump onto and off the perch. The sturdy steel frame and strong suction cups are designed to hold up to 50 pounds, accommodating large cats or multiple smaller cats.
• Fold-Up Design: The perch features a patented fold-up design. When not in use, or if you need to close blinds or curtains, the perch can be folded flat against the window without removing it. This allows for full functionality of your window treatments.

• Suction Cups Not Sticking:
  • Ensure the window surface and suction cups are thoroughly clean, dry, and free of any residue.

  • For Twist 'n' Turn cups, ensure the nut is screwed tightly to create a vacuum seal.
  • Avoid using window cleaners that leave a film; use mild detergent and rinse well, or rubbing alcohol.
• Perch Sagging:
  • Verify that all four suction cups are securely attached and creating a strong seal.
  • Check the weight of your cat(s) against the 50-pound weight limit.
  • Re-apply suction cups if any appear loose.
