4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the front of the programmer, usually beneath the main control panel.

- "SEMANAL" (Weekly) for once a week watering.
- The programmer will initiate watering at the selected interval after the first cycle.
5.2 Setting Watering Duration
The right dial, labeled "DURACIÓN" (Duration), controls how long the watering cycle will last.
- Rotate the "DURACIÓN" dial to select the desired watering time. Options typically include:
- 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes.
- Ensure the duration is appropriate for your plants and soil type.
5.3 Manual ON/OFF (Delay)
The programmer includes a manual override switch, often labeled "ON/OFF" or "DELAY".
- To manually start watering, slide the switch to the "ON" position. Watering will begin immediately and continue for the set duration.
- To stop watering manually, slide the switch to the "OFF" position.
- Some models may have a "DELAY" function, allowing you to postpone the next scheduled watering cycle by a set number of hours. Refer to the specific markings on your unit.
Note: After a manual operation, the programmer will revert to its scheduled program for the next cycle.
