Setup

1. Battery Installation

The CDN TM8 timer operates on one CR2032 lithium battery. The battery compartment is located on the back of the unit.

Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the timer.
Use a small coin or screwdriver to gently twist the cover counter-clockwise to open.
Insert one CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
Replace the battery compartment cover and twist clockwise to secure.

2. Mounting Options

Pocket Clip: A clip on the back allows attachment to clothing or other thin edges.
Fold-out Stand: A stand can be extended from the back to prop the timer upright on a flat surface.

Operation

The TM8 features a sliding mode switch on the side to select between CLOCK, TIMER, and STOPWATCH modes.

1. Clock Mode

Slide the mode switch to CLOCK. The display will show the current time.

Setting the Time:
1. Press and hold the SET button until the hour digits flash.
2. Use the HR, MIN, and SEC buttons to adjust the hour, minute, and second respectively.

Clearing the Timer:
While the timer is stopped (not counting down), press CLEAR to reset the display to "00:00:00".

3. Count Up Mode (Stopwatch)

Slide the mode switch to STOPWATCH. The display will show "00:00:00".

Press the START/STOP button to begin counting up.
To pause, press START/STOP again. Press again to resume.
To reset the stopwatch to "00:00:00", press CLEAR while the stopwatch is stopped.

4. Lock Feature
