Setup Instructions
Careful assembly is crucial for the stability and longevity of your party tent. It is recommended that at least two people are involved in the assembly process.
- Unpack Components: Carefully unpack all parts and verify against the packing list. Ensure all pipes, fittings, tarpaulins (roof and side walls), bungee cords, and ground stakes are present.
- Assemble the Frame: The frame consists of strong galvanized steel pipes (38x1.1mm) and pipe fittings (42x1.2mm). Connect the pipes according to the frame diagram (refer to included assembly guide for detailed diagrams). No special tools are required for assembly.
- Attach Roof Tarpaulin: Drape the heavy-duty PVC roof tarpaulin (500g/m²) over the assembled frame. Secure it using the velcro closures. Ensure it is taut and evenly distributed.
- Install Side Walls: The side walls are made of heavy-duty PVC (380 g/m²) and come in 2-meter sections for maximum flexibility. Attach them to the frame using the enclosed bungee straps and velcro. The tent features large Georgian-style windows in the side walls.
- Secure End Walls: Attach the end walls. Both end walls feature door openings with velcro closures, allowing for easy access. The tent also includes double velcro windstops to prevent drafts.
- Anchor the Tent: Use the provided ground stakes to firmly anchor the tent to the ground. This is essential for stability, especially in windy conditions.

- Cleaning: The PVC tarpaulin is easy to clean. Use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the PVC tarpaulin is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew.

Troubleshooting
- Tent Instability: Ensure all frame connections are secure and all ground stakes are firmly anchored. In strong winds, consider additional anchoring or temporary disassembly. The double velcro windstop system helps reduce drafts and improve stability.
- Water Leakage: Verify that the roof tarpaulin is properly tensioned and all velcro closures on the roof and side walls are securely fastened. Check for any tears or damage to the PVC material.
- Difficulty Assembling: Refer to the detailed assembly guide included with your product. Ensure all parts are correctly identified and oriented before attempting to connect them. Do not force connections.
