Setup

  1. Unpack the Inflator: Remove the inflator and all accessories from its packaging.
  2. Locate Vehicle's 12V DC Socket: Ensure your vehicle's 12V DC socket (cigarette lighter socket) is clean and free from debris.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the inflator's 12V DC power plug into your vehicle's 12V DC socket. Ensure a secure connection.
  4. Start Vehicle Engine: For optimal performance and to prevent battery drain, start your vehicle's engine before operating the inflator.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to inflate your tires or other items:

  1. Power On: With the 12V DC power plug connected and the vehicle engine running, press the On/Off button on the inflator. The digital display will illuminate and show "0.00" or the current tire pressure if connected.
  2. Select Pressure Unit: Press the unit selection button (labeled "PSI/BAR/kPa" or similar) to cycle through the available pressure units (PSI, BAR, kPa) until your desired unit is displayed.
  3. Connect to Tire Valve: Unscrew the valve cap from the tire. Securely screw the inflator's air hose connector onto the tire valve stem. Ensure there are no air leaks.
  4. Begin Inflation: Press the On/Off button to start the inflation process. The digital display will show the increasing pressure.
  5. Monitor Pressure and Stop: Due to the nature of the pressure measuring system, the reading may drop slightly when the inflator stops. To achieve the desired pressure, inflate the tire to approximately 2 PSI higher than your target pressure, then stop the inflator. For example, if 32 PSI is required, stop inflation at 34 PSI. The pressure will then settle to the correct level.
  6. Disconnect: Once the desired pressure is reached, press the On/Off button to stop the inflator. Quickly unscrew the air hose connector from the tire valve and replace the valve cap.
  7. Using USB and 12V DC Sockets: The integrated USB port and 12V DC accessory socket can be used to charge mobile devices or power other 12V accessories while the inflator is connected to the vehicle's 12V DC supply.
  8. Using LED Lights: Activate the LED lights by pressing the dedicated light button (if available) for illumination in low-light conditions.
  9. Inflating Other Items: Attach the appropriate extra valve adapter to the air hose and follow steps 3-6 for inflating balls, toys, or other inflatables.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Inflator does not power on. No power from 12V DC socket; loose connection; vehicle engine not running; blown fuse in vehicle or inflator. Ensure 12V DC plug is securely inserted. Start vehicle engine. Check vehicle's fuse box. If the inflator's fuse is suspected, refer to the detailed troubleshooting guide in the full product manual or contact customer support.
Digital display shows "0.00" or "Err". Incorrect connection to tire valve; internal error. Ensure the air hose is securely attached to the tire valve. If the error persists, refer to the detailed troubleshooting guide in the full product manual or contact customer support.
Inflation is slow or unit cycles on/off. Low vehicle battery voltage; power interruption; unit overheating. Ensure vehicle engine is running. If a power interruption or unit cycling occurs, follow the reset procedure outlined in the full product manual. Allow the unit to cool down if it has been running for an extended period.
Pressure reading drops after stopping inflation. Normal operation due to pressure measurement system. This is expected. Inflate to approximately 2 PSI higher than the target pressure, then stop. The pressure will settle to the correct level.
