5. Maintenance

5.2 Cleaning the Filter

The PAV1205 features a filter cleaning wheel for hands-free filter maintenance and triple action filtration.

  1. After emptying the dust container, locate the filter cleaning wheel.
  2. Rotate the filter cleaning wheel several times to dislodge dust and debris from the filter. This debris will fall into the dust container.
  3. For a more thorough cleaning, remove the filter from the dust container and tap it gently over a bin to remove fine dust. The filter can also be rinsed with warm, soapy water. Ensure the filter is completely dry before reinserting it into the vacuum.
