1. Setting Current Time and Day
- Press the "time" button. The hour display will flash.
- Use the "hour" button to adjust the hour.
- Press the "min" button. The minute display will flash.
- Use the "min" button to adjust the minutes.
- Press the "day" button. The day of the week will flash.
- Use the "day" button to select the current day (e.g., MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU).
- Press "Esc" to save and exit, or wait a few seconds for it to save automatically.
2. Programming Watering Schedules (Auto Mode)
The timer allows programming up to 8 daily waterings and 15 weekly watering combinations.
- Press the "Prog" button to enter programming mode. The display will show "1" (for program 1).
- Use the "hour" and "min" buttons to set the desired start time for watering program 1.
- Press "Prog" again to set the duration for watering program 1. Use the "min" button to set the duration from 1 to 120 minutes.
- Press "Prog" again to select the days of the week for watering program 1. Use the "day" button to cycle through options (e.g., every day, specific days, weekdays, weekends).
- Repeat steps 2-4 for additional watering programs (up to 8). Press "Prog" to advance to the next program number.
- After setting all desired programs, press "Esc" to save and exit programming mode.
- Ensure the timer is set to "AUTO" mode for programmed watering to occur. Press "Man/Auto" to toggle between modes.
3. Manual Operation (ON/OFF)
You can manually turn the water on or off without affecting the programmed schedule.
- To turn water ON manually: Press the "Man/Auto" button until "ON" is displayed. The water will flow continuously until manually turned off or for a preset manual duration if available (refer to specific model features).
- To turn water OFF manually: Press the "Man/Auto" button until "OFF" is displayed.
