Operation
Using the Stand for Cutting
Once your miter saw is securely mounted and the material supports are adjusted, you can begin cutting. The stand provides a stable base, reducing vibration and improving cutting accuracy. The aluminum feed roller assists in smoothly feeding longer materials across the cutting surface.
Transport and Storage
The WST06 stand is designed for easy transport and compact storage.
- Folding for Transport: To fold the stand, first remove the miter saw. Then, press the leg release buttons and fold the legs inward. The stand folds to a compact 45-1/4 inches (115 cm) length.
- Wheeled Transport: Utilize the large solid rubber wheels and side handle to easily move the folded stand around the job site. While the stand is lightweight at 33.7 lbs (15.3 kg), it is recommended to transport it without the miter saw attached for optimal stability and safety.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your miter saw stand.
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the stand to remove sawdust and debris. Use a damp cloth if necessary, but avoid harsh chemicals.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply a light lubricant to the sliding parts of the material support extensions and the feed roller to ensure smooth operation.
- Fasteners: Regularly check all bolts, screws, and locking mechanisms for tightness. Tighten any loose fasteners to prevent instability.
- Inspection: Inspect the stand for any signs of damage, bending, or wear. Do not use the stand if any components are damaged.
