1. Introduction and Overview
The DIVOOM Voombox-outdoor is a portable, ultra-rugged, and water-resistant Bluetooth 4.0 wireless speaker designed for outdoor use. It features a 15W audio output and up to 12 hours of playback time, delivering a true 360-degree surround sound experience through its six-driver design. 3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the Voombox-outdoor speaker. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
3.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for approximately 3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for approximately 3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt.
3.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Voombox-outdoor" from the list of found devices.
- Once connected, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will become solid.
3.4 Connecting via AUX Input
For devices without Bluetooth, use the supplied 3.5mm audio cable. Connect one end to the speaker's AUX input port and the other end to the audio output jack of your device. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.

4.1 Button Functions
- Power Button (⏻): Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on/off.
- Bluetooth Button (Ⓑ): Press to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Play/Pause Button (▶‖): Press to play or pause audio.
- Volume Down Button (-): Press to decrease volume. Press and hold to skip to the previous track.
- Volume Up Button (+): Press to increase volume. Press and hold to skip to the next track.
4.2 Hands-Free Calling
The Voombox-outdoor has a built-in microphone for hands-free calling.
- Answer Call: Press the Play/Pause button (▶‖) once.
- End Call: Press the Play/Pause button (▶‖) once during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶‖) for 2 seconds.
5. Durability Features
The Voombox-outdoor is designed with an IP44 weather-resistant rating, making it suitable for outdoor use. This rating indicates protection against solid objects larger than 1mm and splashing water from any direction.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure all ports are dry before charging or connecting cables.
6.2 Storage
Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% every few months to maintain battery health.
6.3 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the speaker frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in constant use.
