Setup

Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the monitor.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Initial User Settings

The monitor requires initial setup of personal data for accurate body composition measurements. Up to 5 individuals can register their profiles.

  1. After battery installation, the monitor will prompt you to set up a user profile.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your personal data, including age, height, and gender.
  3. Important: The monitor may require a region setting for gravity compensation. This setting is crucial for measurement accuracy and typically cannot be changed after initial setup. Ensure you select the correct region during this process.
  4. Repeat for up to 5 users if desired.

Operation

Taking a Measurement

  1. Place the monitor on a hard, flat surface.
  2. Step onto the monitor barefoot, ensuring your feet are positioned on the electrodes.
  3. The monitor will automatically turn on and, using its 'Ride Pita' function, identify the registered user.
  4. Remain still until all measurements are displayed on the screen.
  5. Step off the monitor. The readings will remain displayed for a short period before the device automatically turns off.
