Setup

Operating Instructions

  2. Adjust Airflow: Use the 3-stage airflow switch located on the handle to select the desired airflow setting (I, II, or III).
  3. Set Temperature: Use the joystick control (up/down buttons) near the LCD display to adjust the temperature. The LCD will show the selected temperature in 10°C increments. The temperature range is 120°F to 1,150°F (80°C to 630°C).
  4. Begin Operation: Once the desired temperature and airflow are set, direct the heat gun nozzle towards the workpiece. Maintain a safe distance to prevent overheating or damage to the material. Keep the heat gun moving to ensure even heat distribution.
  5. Hands-Free Operation: For tasks requiring both hands, place the heat gun on its non-slip standing surface. Ensure it is stable and pointed away from flammable objects.
  6. Power Off: When finished, switch the heat gun off. The residual heat indicator will blink until the nozzle has cooled down to a safe temperature. Do not store the tool until this indicator is off.
