Gameplay
The objective of Monopoly: Jurassic World Edition is to be the last player remaining with money, having driven all other players into bankruptcy.
On Your Turn
Players take turns in a clockwise direction. To begin your turn:
- Roll both dice.
- Move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated on the dice.
- Perform the action corresponding to the space your token landed on.
Properties
The game board features various properties representing dinosaurs and attractions from the Jurassic World films. When you land on an unowned property, you may buy it for the price indicated on the board. If you choose not to buy it, the property is then auctioned off to the highest bidder.
If you land on an owned property, you must pay rent to the owner. The rent increases if the owner has a complete color set of properties, and further increases with Enclosures (houses) and Visitor Centers (hotels).
Special Spaces
- GO: Pass or land on GO to collect $200 from the Bank.
- Hammond's Creations / InGen Files: Draw a card from the respective pile and follow its instructions.
- Just Visiting: If you land on this space, you are simply visiting and take no action.
- Go to Jail: Move your token directly to Jail. Do not pass GO and do not collect $200.
- Free Parking: No action is taken when landing on this space.
