3.4 Compatible Cookware

Induction cooktops require cookware made of ferromagnetic materials. To test if your cookware is compatible, hold a magnet to the bottom of the pan. If the magnet sticks, the cookware is suitable for induction cooking.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

  1. Place compatible cookware with food on the center of the ceramic cooktop surface.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the unit. The LED display will illuminate.
  3. Select your desired cooking mode:
    • Press COOK for power-based cooking. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust power levels (100W to 1300W).
    • Press TEMP for temperature-based cooking (Warm function). Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust temperature settings (100°F to 390°F).
  4. To turn off the cooktop, press the ON/OFF button again.

4.2 Timer Function

The cooktop features an 8-hour timer for precise cooking duration control.

  1. While cooking, press the TIMER button. The LED display will show the default time.
  2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the desired cooking time.
  3. The timer will start automatically after a few seconds of inactivity. The cooktop will turn off automatically once the timer expires.

4.3 Control Lock

The control lock prevents accidental changes to settings during operation.

  • To activate: Press and hold the LOCK button for a few seconds until the lock indicator illuminates.
  • To deactivate: Press and hold the LOCK button again until the indicator turns off.
