Important Safety Instructions

Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the baking tray, wire rack, and rotating skewer in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
3. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides and top). Do not place near flammable materials or under cabinets.
4. Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is not damaged. Plug the oven into a standard 230V electrical outlet.
5. First Use Burn-Off: It is recommended to operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at the maximum temperature (250°C) with the door slightly ajar. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

Control Panel Overview

• Temperature Knob: Adjusts temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
• Function Selector Knob: Selects heating elements (upper, lower, or both) and rotisserie function.
• Timer Knob: Sets cooking time up to 60 minutes with automatic shut-off and noise alert.
• Power Light: Illuminates when the oven is operating.

General Cooking Steps

1. Prepare Food: Place food on the baking tray or wire rack.
2. Insert Accessories: Slide the baking tray or wire rack into the desired rack position inside the oven.
3. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Knob to the desired cooking temperature (100-250°C).
4. Select Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to choose the heating mode:
   • Upper heating element only (for grilling/browning)
   • Lower heating element only (for gentle baking)
   • Both upper and lower heating elements (for general baking/roasting)
   • Both elements with fan (for even convection cooking)
   • Rotisserie function (with or without heating elements)
5. Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The oven will start heating. The Power Light will illuminate.
6. Monitor Cooking: The heat-resistant glass door allows you to monitor your food.
7. Completion: When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically shut off and emit a noise alert. Carefully remove food using the tray handle or oven mitts.

Using the Rotisserie Function

The rotating skewer is ideal for roasting poultry or larger cuts of meat evenly.

1. Prepare Skewer: Secure the food (e.g., chicken) onto the rotating skewer using the forks provided. Ensure the food is centered and balanced to allow for smooth rotation.
2. Insert Skewer: Place the pointed end of the skewer into the rotisserie drive socket on the right side of the oven interior. Rest the square end of the skewer onto the support bracket on the left side.
3. Select Rotisserie Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to the rotisserie symbol, optionally combined with upper and/or lower heating elements.
4. Set Temperature and Time: Adjust the Temperature Knob and Timer Knob as required for your recipe.

1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
3. Interior Cleaning: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product's instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
4. Accessories: The baking tray, wire rack, and rotating skewer can be washed in warm, soapy water. They are generally not dishwasher safe unless specified. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
5. Glass Door: Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the seal.
6. Storage: When not in use, ensure the oven is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place.
