1. Product Overview

The LUXOR CLCD Flat Panel TV Cart is designed to support flat panel or LCD TVs ranging from 32 to 80 inches. It features a crank-adjustable height mechanism and two sturdy shelves for AV equipment. The cart is constructed from durable steel and includes industrial-grade casters for mobility.

2. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the LUXOR CLCD TV Cart is required. Please ensure all components are present before beginning. A Phillips screwdriver and the included wrenches are necessary for assembly.

Mounting the TV:

The cart is designed to hold flat panel or LCD TVs from 32 to 80 inches, with a maximum TV weight of 120 lbs. The mounting hardware is included and supports VESA compliance from 200 x 200 to 600 x 400. The mount allows for up to 15 degrees of tilt adjustment.

Shelf Installation:

The two included shelves are made from MDF with a melamine top, providing durable surfaces for media players, modems, and other audio-video equipment. There is 19.5 inches of clearance between the shelves for complete accessibility.

3. Operation

Height Adjustment:

The TV cart features a crank handle for manual height adjustment. This allows you to easily raise or lower the TV screen to your desired viewing height, ranging from 50.5 inches to 66.25 inches (overall height).

Mobility and Stability:

The cart is equipped with four 3-inch industrial casters for easy movement across various surfaces. Two of these casters include locking brakes. To stabilize the cart and prevent unwanted movement, engage the locking brakes when the cart is stationary.

Security Features:

An integrated locking mechanism is included to secure the TV to the cart, deterring unauthorized removal. Ensure this mechanism is engaged after mounting the TV for added security.

4. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
• Periodic Checks: Regularly inspect all bolts and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
• Caster Care: Keep casters free of debris to ensure smooth movement. Lubricate if necessary.

5. Troubleshooting

• Difficulty Adjusting Height: Ensure the crank mechanism is clear of obstructions and operating smoothly. Do not force the crank.
• Cart Instability: Verify that all locking casters are engaged when the cart is stationary. Check that all assembly bolts are securely tightened.
• TV Not Secure: Confirm that the TV mounting hardware is correctly installed and the security locking mechanism is engaged.
