  • Telescopic Antenna: For DAB/DAB+ and FM radio reception. Extend fully for best signal.
  • AUX IN (3.5mm Jack): Connect external audio devices.
  • LINE OUT (3.5mm Jack): Connect to an external amplifier or speaker system.
  • DC IN (12V): Connect the provided power adapter.
  • LAN (RJ45): Connect to your network via an Ethernet cable for a stable internet connection.

5. Setup

5.1 Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the rear of the radio.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
  3. Flip the Power Switch on the rear panel to the 'ON' position. The radio will power on and initiate the setup wizard.

5.2 Antenna Setup

For optimal DAB/DAB+ and FM radio reception, fully extend the telescopic antenna located on the rear of the device.

5.3 Network Connection (WiFi / LAN)

The radio requires an internet connection for Internet Radio, Spotify Connect, and UPnP/DLNA streaming.

5.3.1 WiFi Connection

  1. Upon first power-on, the setup assistant will guide you through the network configuration.
  2. Select 'WiFi Network' and then 'Scan Network'.
  3. The radio will display a list of available WiFi networks. Use the NAVIGATE knob to select your network.
  4. Enter your WiFi password using the on-screen keyboard. Rotate the NAVIGATE knob to select characters and press to confirm.
  5. Once connected, the radio will confirm the connection.

5.3.2 LAN Connection

Alternatively, you can connect the radio directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.

  1. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable (not included) to the LAN port on the rear of the radio.
  2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an available LAN port on your router.
  3. The radio will automatically detect the wired connection and establish network access.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Navigation

  • Use the NAVIGATE knob to scroll through menus and lists.
  • Press the NAVIGATE knob to select an item or confirm an action.
  • Press the BACK button to return to the previous screen or menu.
  • Press the MODE button to switch between different audio sources.
  • Press the MENU button to access the main menu options.

6.2 Internet Radio

  1. Press MODE until 'Internet Radio' is selected.
  2. You can browse stations by location, genre, or search for specific stations.
  3. Use the NAVIGATE knob to select a station and press to start playback.
  4. To save a station as a favorite, press and hold the FAV button. Select a preset number and confirm.

6.3 DAB/DAB+ Radio

  1. Press MODE until 'DAB Radio' is selected.
  2. The radio will automatically scan for available DAB/DAB+ stations.
  3. Use the NAVIGATE knob to select a station from the list.

6.4 FM Radio

  4. The RDS function will display station information if available.

6.5 USB Playback

The USB port supports MP3, WMA, FLAC, and AAC audio formats.

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the rear panel.
  2. Press MODE until 'USB' is selected.
  3. The radio will display the contents of the USB drive. Use the NAVIGATE knob to browse folders and files.
  4. Press the NAVIGATE knob to select and play a track.
  5. Playback options include customizable playlist, loop playback, and random playback.

6.6 AUX Input

Connect external audio devices like smartphones or MP3 players.

6.10 UPnP / DLNA Streaming
