2. Setup

Connecting to a Device

  1. Locate the 3.5mm audio jack on your audio device (smartphone, tablet, computer, MP3 player, etc.).
  2. Insert the 3.5mm plug of the earphones firmly into the audio jack until it clicks into place.

Wearing the Earphones

The RP-HJE125 earphones feature an ErgoFit design for comfortable and secure placement. Proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise isolation.

  1. Select the Correct Ear Tip Size: The earphones come with multiple sizes of silicone ear tips. Experiment to find the size that creates a snug seal in your ear canal without causing discomfort. A good seal enhances bass response and blocks external noise.
  2. Insert the Earphones: Gently insert each earphone into its respective ear canal. The L (left) earphone goes into your left ear, and the R (right) earphone goes into your right ear.
  3. Adjust for Comfort: Rotate the earphone slightly until it feels secure and comfortable. The ErgoFit design is intended to conform to the natural curve of your ear.

  2. Start playing audio (music, podcast, video) on your connected device.
  3. Adjust the volume using the volume controls on your audio device.

These earphones are designed for direct audio output and do not feature an inline remote control or microphone. All playback and volume adjustments are managed directly from your connected device.

4. Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and performance of your earphones.

Cleaning

  • Ear Tips: Gently remove the silicone ear tips from the earphones. Wash them with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and allow them to air dry completely before reattaching.
  • Earphone Body: Wipe the earphone body and cable with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or immerse the earphones in water.
  • Audio Jack: Keep the 3.5mm audio jack clean and free of dust or debris.

Storage

  • When not in use, store the earphones in a clean, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
