Setup

1. Interpupillary Distance (IPD) Adjustment

Hold the binoculars up to your eyes and look through them. Adjust the distance between the two barrels by moving them closer together or further apart until you see a single, clear circular field of view. This is your interpupillary distance.

2. Focusing

1. Close your right eye or cover the right objective lens with your hand.
2. Look at a distant object with your left eye through the left eyepiece. Rotate the central focus wheel until the image is sharp.
3. Close your left eye or cover the left objective lens. Look at the same object with your right eye through the right eyepiece. Rotate the diopter adjustment ring (located on the right eyepiece) until the image is sharp.
4. Your binoculars are now adjusted for your eyes. For future viewing, simply use the central focus wheel to adjust for different distances.

3. Eyecup Adjustment

The eyecups can be twisted up or down to provide the correct eye relief. If you wear eyeglasses, twist the eyecups down. If you do not wear eyeglasses, twist the eyecups up.

4. Attaching to a Tripod

The SkyMaster Pro 20x80 binoculars feature a built-in tripod adapter. Simply attach the binoculars directly to a standard photographic tripod for increased stability, especially during long viewing sessions. This also allows for the attachment of the RSR (Reflex Sight Ready) rail.

Operating

General Viewing

Hold the binoculars steady with both hands. For optimal stability, especially with 20x magnification, using a tripod is highly recommended. The large objective lenses excel at gathering light, providing bright views even in dim conditions.

Cleaning

Storage

Waterproof and Fogproof
