5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

5. Turn on the booster's power switch.
6. Attempt to start the vehicle. If it does not start immediately, wait a few minutes before trying again. Do not crank the engine for more than 5 seconds at a time.
7. Once the vehicle starts, turn off the booster's power switch.
8. Disconnect the black negative (-) clamp first from the vehicle's chassis.
9. Disconnect the red positive (+) clamp from the vehicle's battery.
