- Launch Application: If autorun is enabled, the encryption interface may start automatically. Otherwise, navigate to the visible partition and launch the executable file for the encryption software.
- Enter Password: Input your secure password when prompted.
- Access Data: Once the correct password is entered, the encrypted partition will become visible and accessible as a normal storage device.
Transferring Files:
Utilize the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface for quick data transfers. Simply drag and drop files to and from the accessible partitions as you would with any standard USB drive.

5. Maintenance
- Physical Protection: The drive's 360-degree rotating case protects the USB connector when not in use. Ensure the case is rotated to cover the connector to prevent damage from dust or impact.
- Data Backup: While the drive offers strong encryption, it is always recommended to maintain backups of critical data on separate storage devices.
- Software Updates: Periodically check the Integral website for any firmware or software updates for your Secure 360 drive to ensure optimal performance and security.
6. Troubleshooting
- Drive Not Recognized:
- Ensure the drive is fully inserted into the USB port.
- Try a different USB port on your computer.
- Test the drive on another computer to rule out a computer-specific issue.
- Verify that your operating system (Windows or macOS) is compatible.
- Cannot Access Encrypted Partition:
- Double-check your password for typos, including case sensitivity.
- Remember that after 10 failed password attempts, the data on the encrypted partition will be erased for security.
- Ensure you are running the correct encryption software executable from the visible partition.
- Slow Data Transfer:
- Ensure you are using a USB 3.0 compatible port on your computer for optimal speeds. USB 2.0 ports will result in slower transfer rates.
- Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming system resources.
