5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective blending:
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut solid ingredients into small pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes) for optimal blending.
- Add Ingredients: Place ingredients into the glass jar. For best results, add liquids first, then soft foods, then hard foods, and finally ice. Do not overfill the jar beyond the 1.25-liter mark.
- Secure Lid: Always ensure the lid and measuring cap are securely in place before operating the blender.
- Select Speed: Turn the control knob to your desired speed setting (1, 2, or 3).
- Speed 1: For light mixing, stirring, and pureeing.
- Speed 2: For medium blending, chopping, and mixing.
- Speed 3: For heavy blending, crushing ice, and liquefying.
- Blend: Allow the blender to run until desired consistency is achieved. For continuous operation, do not run for more than 3 minutes at a time. Allow the motor to rest for 10 minutes between cycles.
- Add Ingredients During Blending: If necessary, remove the measuring cap from the lid and add ingredients through the opening while the blender is running. Replace the cap immediately.
- Stop Blending: Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
- Unplug: Always unplug the blender from the electrical outlet after use.
Note: The small mixing cup can be used for preparing smaller quantities of ingredients, following similar blending principles.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your blender, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not start. | Not plugged in; power outlet not working; jar not correctly seated. | Ensure plug is firmly in outlet; check outlet with another appliance; ensure glass jar is securely placed on the motor base. |
| Ingredients are not blending smoothly. | Too little liquid; too many ingredients; ingredients are too large. | Add more liquid; reduce quantity of ingredients; cut ingredients into smaller pieces. |
| Motor smells or sounds strained. | Overloaded; continuous operation for too long. | Reduce ingredients; turn off and unplug, allow motor to cool for 10-15 minutes before resuming. |
| Leakage from the bottom of the jar. | Blade assembly not tightened; gasket missing or damaged. | Ensure blade assembly is securely screwed onto the jar; check if the gasket is properly installed and undamaged. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
