Before first use, wash all parts except the blender base in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The blender base can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

  1. Assemble the Blade: Place the Ice Crusher Blade assembly onto the bottom of the glass jar. Ensure it is seated correctly.
  2. Secure the Base: Screw the jar base (which holds the blade) onto the bottom of the glass jar until it is tight.
  3. Place Jar on Motor Base: Carefully place the assembled glass jar onto the motor base. Ensure it is securely seated and aligned with the all-metal drive system.
  4. Attach Lid: Place the vinyl lid onto the glass jar. Insert the transparent measuring cap into the lid opening.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the blender into a standard 120-volt electrical outlet.

Your blender is now ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective blending:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut solid ingredients into small pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes) for optimal blending.
  2. Add Ingredients: Place ingredients into the glass jar. For best results, add liquids first, then soft foods, then hard foods, and finally ice. Do not overfill the jar beyond the 1.25-liter mark.
  3. Secure Lid: Always ensure the lid and measuring cap are securely in place before operating the blender.
  4. Select Speed: Turn the control knob to your desired speed setting (1, 2, or 3).
    • Speed 1: For light mixing, stirring, and pureeing.
    • Speed 2: For medium blending, chopping, and mixing.
    • Speed 3: For heavy blending, crushing ice, and liquefying.
  5. Blend: Allow the blender to run until desired consistency is achieved. For continuous operation, do not run for more than 3 minutes at a time. Allow the motor to rest for 10 minutes between cycles.
  6. Add Ingredients During Blending: If necessary, remove the measuring cap from the lid and add ingredients through the opening while the blender is running. Replace the cap immediately.
  7. Stop Blending: Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
  8. Unplug: Always unplug the blender from the electrical outlet after use.

Note: The small mixing cup can be used for preparing smaller quantities of ingredients, following similar blending principles.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your blender.

6.1 Quick Cleaning

  1. After use, rinse the glass jar, blade assembly, lid, and measuring cap.
  2. Fill the glass jar halfway with warm water and add a drop of dish soap.
  3. Place the lid securely on the jar and place the jar on the motor base.
  4. Run the blender on Speed 1 for 15-30 seconds.
  5. Empty the jar and rinse thoroughly.

6.2 Deep Cleaning

  1. Unplug the blender.
  2. Disassemble the glass jar, blade assembly, lid, and measuring cap.
  3. Wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to clean around the blades carefully.
