Setup Instructions
Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to have at least 2-4 people for assembly, depending on the tent size.
1. Frame Assembly
- Lay out all frame components according to the assembly diagram provided in the package.
- Connect the galvanized steel tubes using the provided connectors. The frame uses approximately 38mm diameter tubes and 42mm diameter connectors.
- Secure all connections with the through-bolts and wing nuts. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely to provide maximum stability.
- Assemble the roof structure first, then attach the vertical support poles.

2. Tarpaulin Installation
- Carefully unfold the roof tarpaulin and place it over the assembled roof frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
- Attach the roof tarpaulin to the frame using the integrated rubber loops. The PVC tarpaulins are 100% waterproof with welded seams and offer UV 50+ protection.
- Install the side tarpaulins. These are individual 2m wide modules that can be attached separately, allowing for flexible configurations. Secure them to the frame using the rubber loops.
- Attach the front and rear gable tarpaulins. These include entrances with robust zippers. Ensure the ground deflectors on the side walls are positioned correctly to protect against wind and moisture.
3. Anchoring
- Once the tent is fully assembled, use the provided ground pegs and tension ropes to securely anchor the tent to the ground.
- Ensure all ropes are taut and pegs are firmly driven into the ground. Proper anchoring is crucial for stability, especially in varying weather conditions.
Operation Guidelines
Weather Considerations
- The tent is designed to be 100% waterproof and offers UV 50+ protection. It is resistant to temperatures from +50°C down to -20°C.
- While robust, the tent should be disassembled in extreme weather conditions such as very strong winds, heavy snowfall, or severe storms to prevent damage.
- The side walls feature ground deflectors that aid in automatic climate control and provide additional protection against wind and moisture.
Ventilation
- Utilize the multiple entrances and removable side panels to ensure adequate ventilation, especially during warm weather or when many people are inside.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Clean PVC tarpaulins with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to dry completely before storage to prevent mold and mildew.
- Clean the steel frame with a damp cloth.
Storage
- Store the tent in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Ensure all components are clean and dry before packing away.
- Fold tarpaulins neatly to prevent creases and damage.
Inspection
- Before each use, inspect the frame for any signs of rust, bending, or damage.
- Check tarpaulins for tears, holes, or weakened seams. Repair any damage promptly to maintain waterproof integrity.
- Verify that all ropes, pegs, and connectors are in good condition.
Troubleshooting
Tent Instability
- Issue: Tent feels unstable or sways in light wind.
Solution: Re-check all frame connections to ensure bolts are fully tightened. Verify that ground pegs are securely driven into the ground and tension ropes are taut. Add additional anchoring if necessary, especially on soft ground.
Water Leakage
- Issue: Water is entering the tent.
Solution: Inspect the roof and side tarpaulins for any tears or holes. Ensure all zippers are fully closed. Check that the roof tarpaulin is properly stretched to prevent water pooling. The PVC tarpaulins have welded seams for waterproofing, but damage can occur.
Difficulty with Assembly
- Issue: Components do not fit together easily.
Solution: Refer to the assembly instructions and diagrams. Ensure you are using the correct parts for each step. Sometimes, a slight adjustment or having an additional person can help align parts. Do not force connections.
