1. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the washing machine to prevent injury or damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Electrical Safety: Do not operate with wet hands. Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is properly grounded. Do not use extension cords.
- Water Safety: Ensure water hoses are securely connected to prevent leaks. Do not wash items that are waterproof or water-repellent, as this may cause abnormal vibration.

2. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your washing machine.
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Check for any damage during transit. Ensure all accessories, including the water inlet and drain hoses, are present.
2.2 Location Requirements
- Place the machine on a solid, level floor to minimize vibration and noise.
- Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine for ventilation and maintenance.
- Avoid direct sunlight or locations with high humidity.
2.3 Connecting Water Hoses
Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap and the machine's inlet valve. Securely attach the drain hose to a suitable drain pipe or sink, ensuring it is not kinked or blocked.

2.4 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a dedicated, grounded 100V outlet. Do not share the outlet with other appliances.
2.5 Leveling the Machine
Use a spirit level to check if the machine is perfectly level. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the machine as needed to ensure stability.

3. Operating Instructions
This section guides you through the daily operation of your washing machine.
3.1 Control Panel Overview
Familiarize yourself with the control panel buttons and indicators.

3.2 Loading Laundry
- Open the lid and place laundry loosely into the tub. Do not overload the machine.
- Distribute laundry evenly to prevent imbalance during the spin cycle.
3.3 Adding Detergent and Softener
Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener to their respective dispensers. Refer to the detergent packaging for recommended quantities based on load size and water hardness.
3.4 Selecting a Wash Course
Press the 'Course' button to cycle through available wash programs:
- Standard (標準): For everyday cottons and mixed fabrics.
- Speedy (スピーディ): For lightly soiled items or when you need a quick wash.
- Tub Clean (槽洗浄): For cleaning the washing machine tub (see Maintenance section).
- Dry (ドライ): For delicate items requiring gentle washing.
- Blanket (毛布): For washing blankets and large items.
3.5 Adjusting Water Level (水位)
Press the 'Water Level' button to select the desired water level based on your laundry load size. Options typically include 45L, 34L, and 22L, along with a Water Injection (注水) option.
3.6 Delay Start (予約)
Use the 'Reservation' button to set a delay for the wash cycle to start. Available options include 1 hour and 9 hours.
3.7 Starting and Pausing a Cycle
- After selecting your desired settings, press the 'Start/Pause (スタート一時停止)' button to begin the wash cycle.
- To pause an ongoing cycle, press the 'Start/Pause' button again. Press it once more to resume.
3.8 Child Lock (チャイルドロック)
To activate the Child Lock, press and hold the designated button (if available, often combined with another function) for a few seconds. This prevents accidental operation by children. Refer to the control panel for specific instructions on your model.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your washing machine.
4.1 Cleaning the Tub
Use the 'Tub Clean (槽洗浄)' cycle regularly to prevent mold and detergent residue buildup. Follow these steps:
- Ensure the tub is empty.
- Add a washing machine cleaner (if recommended by the manufacturer) to the detergent dispenser.
- Select the 'Tub Clean' course and start the cycle.

4.2 Cleaning the Lint Filter
The lint filter collects lint and debris during washing. Clean it after every few washes to maintain drainage efficiency.
- Locate the lint filter (usually inside the tub or on the agitator).
- Remove the filter and clean out any accumulated lint under running water.
- Reinsert the filter securely.
4.3 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5. Troubleshooting
Before calling for service, please check the following common issues and solutions.
