2. Safety Information

WARNING: To ensure safe operation and prevent injury or damage, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 300 lbs (136 kg). Exceeding this limit may cause the stool to tip or components to fail.
  • Keep the bar stools away from direct heat sources, open flames, and excessive moisture to prevent material degradation and potential slipping hazards.
  • Always ensure the stool is placed on a stable, level surface before use.
  • Avoid standing on the stool or using it as a ladder.
  • Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Retighten as necessary.
  • Do not allow children to play with the gas lift mechanism.
  • Use a dry cloth for cleaning to avoid damaging the faux leather or chrome finish.

3. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, please verify that all components are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.

6. Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your TRESKO Bar Stools.

  • Cleaning the Faux Leather Seat: Wipe the seat regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For spills or stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then immediately wipe dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the faux leather.
  • Cleaning the Chrome Parts: Clean the chrome base, footrest, and gas lift with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying to prevent water spots or corrosion. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten any loose hardware to maintain stability and safety.
  • Floor Protection: Ensure the rubberized ring on the base plate is intact and clean to protect your floors from scratches.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your TRESKO Bar Stools, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Stool wobbles or is unstable.Loose assembly screws or uneven floor.Check and tighten all assembly screws. Ensure the stool is on a flat, level surface.
Gas lift does not adjust height.Gas lift mechanism stuck or damaged.Ensure the lever is fully engaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift may be faulty and require replacement. Contact support.
Stool makes squeaking noises.Loose connections or friction between parts.Tighten all screws. Apply a small amount of silicone spray to moving parts (e.g., where the gas lift meets the base or seat mechanism), avoiding contact with faux leather.
Seat slowly sinks after adjustment.Gas lift cylinder losing pressure. This indicates wear on the gas lift. While minor sinking might occur over time with heavy use, significant sinking suggests the gas lift needs replacement. Contact support.
