1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Easywalker Mini Buggy EMB10005. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your stroller. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death.

• Always use the 5-point harness system to secure your child.
• Never leave your child unattended in the stroller.
• Ensure all locking devices are engaged before use.
• Do not overload the storage basket. The maximum load capacity is 5 kg.
• The maximum recommended weight for the child in this stroller is 20 kg.
• Always engage the parking brake when placing or removing your child from the stroller.
• Do not use accessories or spare parts other than those approved by Easywalker.
• Keep children clear of moving parts during adjustment or folding.

4. Setup

4.1 Unfolding the Stroller

1. Place the folded stroller on a flat surface.
2. Release any folding latches.
3. Lift the handlebar firmly until the frame locks into the open position. Ensure both side locks are securely engaged.

4.2 Attaching the Wheels

1. Locate the wheel axles on the stroller frame.
2. Push each wheel onto its corresponding axle until it clicks securely into place. Pull on the wheel to ensure it is firmly attached.

4.3 Attaching the Sun Canopy

1. Align the canopy attachment points with the corresponding slots on the stroller frame.
2. Secure the canopy by pressing firmly until it clicks into place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Adjusting the Backrest

The backrest is 4-way adjustable with a one-hand mechanism.

1. Locate the adjustment lever on the back of the seat.
2. Press the lever and move the backrest to the desired position. Release the lever to lock it in place.

5.2 Adjusting the Leg Rest

The leg rest is multi-position adjustable.

1. Press the buttons on either side of the leg rest.
2. Adjust the leg rest to the desired angle and release the buttons to lock.

5.3 Using the 5-Point Harness

The stroller features a 5-point harness system with personalized shoulder pads for security and comfort.

1. Place your child in the seat.
2. Bring the shoulder straps over your child's shoulders and the waist straps around their hips.
3. Insert the buckles of the shoulder and waist straps into the central buckle until they click.
4. Adjust the straps to ensure a snug, secure fit without being too tight.
5. To release, press the button on the central buckle.

5.4 Operating the Parking Brake

The parking brake is located on the rear wheels.

1. To engage the brake, press down on one of the two pedals located on the rear wheels until it locks.
2. To release the brake, lift the pedal upwards.
3. Always ensure the brake is fully engaged when the stroller is stationary.

5.5 Front Wheel Functionality

The front wheels can be set to swivel or fixed.

1. To lock the front wheels for straight-line travel, press down the pedal board above the front wheels.
2. To allow the front wheels to swivel for maneuverability, lift the pedal board upwards.

5.6 Using the XL Sun Canopy

The sun canopy is detachable and features a zipper for extension, providing enhanced protection from UV rays, wind, and cold.

1. To extend the canopy, unzip the expansion panel.
2. To retract, zip the panel closed and fold the canopy back.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

• The flexible plastic footrest is easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• The padded seat reducer and headrest cushion are removable for cleaning. Refer to the care label for specific washing instructions (material composition: 100% Polyester).
• Wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

6.2 Storage

• Store the stroller in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Ensure the stroller is clean and dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew.

7. Troubleshooting

• Stroller does not unfold or fold easily: Check that all locking mechanisms are disengaged. Ensure no fabric or items are obstructing the folding/unfolding process.
• Wheels are stiff or squeaky: Clean any debris from the wheel axles. A small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the axles if necessary.
• Harness is difficult to buckle/unbuckle: Ensure the buckles are aligned correctly. Clean any dirt or debris from the buckle mechanism.
• Brake not engaging: Check for obstructions around the brake pedals and rear wheels. Ensure the pedals are fully depressed.
