- Push the crown (B) back to position 1. The second hand will resume movement.
2. Date Setting

Operating the Watch
Timekeeping
Your ESPRIT Anteros watch is powered by a quartz movement, providing accurate timekeeping. The main hands display hours, minutes, and seconds.
Chronograph Function
The chronograph allows for precise measurement of elapsed time.
- Start: Press pusher (A) to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand will begin to move.
- Stop: Press pusher (A) again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time will be indicated by the chronograph hands.
- Reset: After stopping the chronograph, press pusher (C) to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.
- Intermediate Time (Split Time): While the chronograph is running, press pusher (C) to measure an intermediate time. The chronograph hands will stop to show the split time. Press pusher (C) again to resume chronograph measurement.
Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant up to 100 meters (10 ATM). This rating makes it suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for high-impact water sports or diving. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water. Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged.
Luminous Features
The hands and markers of your watch are treated with a luminous material, allowing for readability in low-light conditions after exposure to light.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the watch case and bracelet regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture. For stainless steel, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners or abrasive materials.
Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a standard watch battery. When the battery is depleted, the watch will stop running. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure the water resistance seal is properly maintained.
Water Resistance Checks
It is recommended to have the water resistance of your watch checked annually, especially if it is frequently exposed to water, or after any battery replacement or service that involves opening the watch case.
Storage
When not wearing your watch, store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The original presentation box is ideal for storage.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If the watch still does not run, the battery may need replacement.
- Incorrect time/date: Refer to the "Setup" section for instructions on how to correctly set the time and date.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: This may require a chronograph reset procedure. Consult a watch technician if the issue persists after attempting to reset the chronograph using pusher (C).
- Condensation under crystal: This indicates a loss of water resistance. Avoid further contact with water and have the watch inspected by a professional immediately.
