Setup and First Use

Operating the Lock
Locking Procedure:
- Position the U-lock around the object you wish to secure (e.g., bicycle frame and a fixed object).
- Align the shackle ends with the openings in the lock body.
- Push the shackle firmly into the lock body until it clicks into place. The lock is now engaged.
- Remove the key.
Unlocking Procedure:
- Insert the key fully into the lock cylinder.
- Turn the key clockwise (or counter-clockwise, depending on the lock's orientation) until the shackle releases from the lock body.
- Pull the shackle completely out of the lock body.
- Remove the key.
