The DGTL Glass Bath Scale is designed to provide accurate weight measurements with a sleek, modern aesthetic. Setup and First Use

1. Battery Installation

Your scale requires 2 x AAA batteries, which are included. To install:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert the 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initializing the Scale

Before first use, or after moving the scale, it is recommended to initialize it:

  1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
  2. Step onto the scale briefly, then step off. The display will show "0.0" or a similar reading and then turn off. This calibrates the scale.

Operating Instructions

Taking a Measurement

  1. Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
  2. Gently step onto the scale with bare feet, centering your weight.
  3. Stand still until your weight is displayed on the 1.3" LCD screen.
  4. The reading will hold for a few seconds before the scale automatically turns off.

For consistent readings, always weigh yourself at the same time of day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.

Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Wipe the scale with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
  • Storage: Store the scale in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the display indicates low power (e.g., "Lo" or dim display). Always replace all batteries at the same time with new ones.
  • Avoid Impact: The glass platform is tempered, but excessive force or dropping the scale can cause damage.
