- LED Indicator: Three blue LED bulbs located under the pink strip at the top, which illuminate during alerts or pairing.
- Speaker: Located below the LED strip, responsible for emitting alert sounds.
- DC 6V Input Port: For optional external power supply (adapter not included).
- Mode Switch: Allows selection between Chime (high volume), Low Chime (low volume), and Alarm modes.
- Power Switch: On/Off control for the receiver.
- Auto-Learning Code Button: Used for pairing additional transmitters.
- Battery Compartment: Located on the back, holds 3 x 1.5V C batteries (not included).
- Wall Mount Holes: Two holes on the back for wall installation.
PIR Transmitter (Motion Sensor)
The PIR transmitter detects motion and sends a wireless signal to the receiver.

- PIR Sensor: Passive Infrared sensor on the front detects movement.
- LED Light: A small blue LED illuminates when motion is detected.
- Battery Compartment: Located on the back, holds 3 x 1.5V AAA batteries (not included).
- Wall Mount Hole: A single hole on the back for wall installation.
4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Receiver: Open the battery compartment on the back of the receiver. Insert 3 x 1.5V C batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment.
- PIR Transmitter: Open the battery compartment on the back of each PIR transmitter. Insert 3 x 1.5V AAA batteries into each, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment.
Note: The receiver can also be powered by an optional DC 6V power adapter (not included). Do not use both batteries and the AC adapter simultaneously to prevent damage.
4.2 Pairing Transmitters with Receiver
The system is designed for easy setup. Follow these steps to pair your transmitters:
- Switch the receiver to the 'ON' position using the power switch on its left side.
- Upon initial power-on, the three blue LEDs at the top of the receiver will illuminate brightly for 15 seconds. This indicates the receiver is in pairing mode.
- During this 15-second window, trigger the first PIR transmitter by walking past its sensor. The receiver will beep twice to confirm successful pairing.
- To pair additional transmitters, press the 'Auto-Learning Code' button on the receiver (located below the power switch) to re-initiate the 15-second pairing window.
- Trigger the next PIR transmitter by walking past it. The receiver will beep twice again to confirm pairing.
- Repeat step 4 and 5 for any additional transmitters you wish to pair.
Important: Once paired, you do not need to re-link the devices even after changing batteries or switching the receiver off and on.
4.3 Mounting
Use the provided wall plugs and screws to securely mount the receiver and PIR transmitters in your desired locations. Ensure the transmitters are placed in areas where motion detection is required.

5. Operating Modes
The receiver offers three selectable operation modes and three alert choices:
- Sound Only: The receiver will only emit an audible alert when motion is detected.
- LED Flash Only: The receiver's blue LEDs will flash without an audible alert.
- Sound and LED Flash: Both an audible alert and flashing LEDs will activate upon motion detection.
You can also choose from three alert tones using the mode switch on the receiver's right side:
- Chime (High Volume): A loud, distinct beeping sound that repeats four times.
- Low Chime (Low Volume): The same beeping sound as 'Chime', but at a reduced volume.
- Alarm: A piercing alarm sound, measured at ≥100dB, designed to deter intruders.
6. Placement and Range Considerations
Proper placement of your PIR transmitters is crucial for optimal performance and to avoid false alarms:
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Do not mount the PIR sensor in direct sunlight, as moving heat sources (like sun rays or heat from a car) can trigger false alarms.
- Minimize Wind Exposure: Avoid placing sensors in areas heavily affected by wind, which can cause movement of objects that might trigger the sensor.
- Shady, Protected Locations: For outdoor installation, choose a shady, protected spot with minimal temperature fluctuations.
- Avoid Metal Surfaces: Mounting on UPVC or metal doorframe surfaces may reduce the wireless transmission range between the transmitter and receiver.
Range Information:
- Communication Range: The wireless signal between the sensors and the receiver can reach up to 100 meters (328 feet) in open areas.
- Motion Detection Range: The infrared sensor has a detection range of approximately 5-8 meters (16-26 feet).
- Sensing Angle: The transmitters have a wide sensing angle of about 45 degrees.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Battery Replacement
When the batteries in either the receiver or a transmitter are low, the system may indicate this (e.g., a low battery indicator on the receiver, if available, or reduced performance). Replace batteries as follows:
- Receiver: Replace with 3 new 1.5V C batteries.
- PIR Transmitter: Replace with 3 new 1.5V AAA batteries.
Note: You do not need to re-pair the devices after replacing batteries.
7.2 Cleaning
Wipe the units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
8. Troubleshooting
- False Alarms: Review the placement guidelines in Section 6. Ensure sensors are not in direct sunlight or windy areas. Adjust the sensor's angle if necessary to avoid detecting unwanted motion (e.g., small animals, passing cars on a public road).
- No Alert/Reduced Range:
- Check battery levels in both the receiver and transmitters. Replace if low.
- Ensure the receiver is powered on and set to the desired operating mode (Sound, Flash, or both).
- Verify that the transmitters are properly paired with the receiver (refer to Section 4.2).
- Check for obstructions or interference between the transmitter and receiver, especially large metal objects or thick walls.
- Ensure sensors are not mounted on UPVC or metal doorframe surfaces, which can reduce transmission range.
- Receiver Not Responding: Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position and batteries are correctly installed and charged.
