2. Safety Information

3. Assembly

4. Setup

1. Propane Tank Connection: Ensure the propane tank valve is closed. Connect the regulator hose to the tank valve, tightening it securely.
2. Leak Test: Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections. Slowly open the propane tank valve. If bubbles appear, close the tank valve immediately and re-tighten connections. Repeat until no bubbles are present. Never use an open flame to check for leaks.
3. Placement: Position the grill on a level, non-combustible surface away from any flammable materials. Ensure the casters are locked to prevent movement.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Lighting the Main Burners

1. Open the grill lid.
2. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the 'OFF' position.
3. Slowly open the propane tank valve fully.
4. Push and turn one main burner control knob to the 'HIGH' position.
5. Immediately press and hold the electronic ignition button until the burner ignites.
6. Once the first burner is lit, release the ignition button and turn the adjacent burners to 'HIGH' to light them.
7. Close the lid and allow the grill to preheat to the desired temperature, monitoring with the built-in thermometer.

5.2. Lighting the Side Burner

1. Open the side burner lid.
2. Push and turn the side burner control knob to the 'HIGH' position.
3. Immediately press and hold the electronic ignition button until the side burner ignites.
4. Adjust the flame as needed.

The grill's 60,000 BTU output (12,000 BTUs per main burner and 12,000 BTUs for the side burner) ensures powerful heating. The porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates provide excellent heat retention and even cooking across the 462 square inches of primary cooking space.
