Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Camcorder does not power on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Close and reopen the LCD screen.
- "Only playback possible during use power supply" message: This message indicates that certain functions, such as live streaming, require the camcorder to be connected to an external power source. Use the supplied AC adapter and USB cable to power the camcorder directly from a wall outlet.
- Grainy video in low light: The camcorder's performance in very low light conditions may result in some image noise or graininess. This is a characteristic of the sensor and not a malfunction. Ensure adequate lighting for optimal video quality.
- Cannot transfer files: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the camcorder and the computer. Check that the camcorder is in the correct USB mode for file transfer.
- Wi-Fi/NFC connection issues: Ensure Wi-Fi and NFC functions are enabled on the camcorder and the connecting device. Refer to the camcorder's on-screen menu for network settings.
