Operating Instructions
Making Espresso
- Prepare the Portafilter: Insert the desired filter basket (for 1 or 2 cups) into the portafilter. Fill with finely ground espresso coffee. Tamp the coffee evenly.
- Attach Portafilter: Securely attach the portafilter to the brewing head by twisting it to the "LOCK" position.
- Select Volume: Use the programmable 1 and 2 cup volume settings to choose your desired espresso shot size.
- Brew: Press the brew button. The machine will automatically dispense the selected volume of espresso.
Frothing Milk (for Cappuccinos and Lattes)
- Prepare Steam Wand: Position the adjustable steam spout over a pitcher containing cold milk.
