3. Setup & Installation

Unpacking and Placement:

Carefully unpack the refrigerator and remove all packaging materials. Place the unit in the coolest available area of the kitchen to optimize its efficient bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system.

Caster Installation:

The unit comes standard with easy-to-mount casters, two of which are lockable. Attach the casters securely to the bottom of the refrigerator. Ensure the lockable casters are positioned at the front for stability when the unit is in its final location.

Electrical Connection:

Connect the refrigerator to a dedicated 115V electrical circuit. Ensure the power supply meets the requirements specified on the product label.

Door Reversibility:

4. Operating Instructions

Adjusting Temperature:

Adjustable Wire Shelves:

The refrigerator includes adjustable wire shelves to accommodate items of different sizes. These heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelves can be repositioned by lifting and moving them to the desired height along the interior shelf supports.

Loading the Refrigerator:

Arrange items on the shelves to allow for proper air circulation. The design of the unit allows for full-size sheet pans to be held front to back, with an optional pan slide rack kit available for enhanced organization.

Condensate Management:

The unit features an efficient hot gas loop built into the condensate pan, designed for energy-saving evaporation of excess condensate water. Ensure the condensate pan area remains clear of obstructions.
