Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the AeroFryer. Retain packaging for storage or shipping if needed.
  2. Cleaning: Before first use, wash the glass cooking pot, mesh basket, and reversible racks with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit (containing electrical components) in water.
  3. Placement: Place the AeroFryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to ensure proper ventilation. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the appliance.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the appliance is unplugged before placing any components. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Initial Burn-off (Recommended): For the first use, operate the empty AeroFryer for approximately 10-15 minutes at maximum temperature (480°F/250°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Prepare Food: Place your food into the mesh basket or directly onto the reversible racks within the glass cooking pot. Do not overfill to allow for proper air circulation.
  2. Close Lid: Ensure the lid is securely closed. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not properly seated.
  3. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Knob to your desired cooking temperature. Refer to recipes or food packaging for guidance.
  4. Set Timer: Turn the Timer Control Knob to the desired cooking time. The appliance will begin heating immediately. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Monitor Cooking: The transparent glass pot allows you to monitor the cooking process without opening the lid.
  6. Shaking/Turning Food: For even cooking, especially with items like fries or chicken wings, you may need to shake the basket or turn the food halfway through the cooking time. Carefully open the lid (hot steam will escape), use heat-resistant utensils, and then close the lid securely to resume cooking.
  7. Completion: The appliance will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero, and a bell will sound. The power indicator light will turn off.
  8. Remove Food: Carefully open the lid. Using oven mitts or heat-resistant handles, remove the mesh basket or racks with the cooked food. Place hot components on a heat-resistant surface.
  9. Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet after use.

Cooking Tips

  • For crispier results, lightly toss food with a small amount of oil (e.g., 1 tablespoon for 1 lb of fries) before placing it in the AeroFryer.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even air circulation and crisping.
  • Frozen foods can be cooked directly without thawing, though cooking times may need to be adjusted.
  • The AeroFryer utilizes triple cooking power (halogen, convection, infrared) for efficient and fast cooking, cooking up to 3 times faster than conventional methods.
