Introduction

It features a reversible unit that transitions between a cozy newborn seat and a convenient changer, a removable infant bassinet, and a spacious playard area.

Important Safety Information

Always ensure all components are securely locked in place before placing a child in the playard. Never leave a child unattended. Follow all weight and height recommendations for each component to prevent injury.

• Do not use the playard if any parts are broken or missing.
• Ensure the playard is fully assembled and all locking mechanisms are engaged before use.
• Discontinue use of the Newborn Seat station and infant bassinet when the child begins to push up on hands and knees, or reaches the maximum weight/height limit, whichever comes first.
• The changer is intended for infants up to 25 pounds.
• Always use the mattress/pad provided by the manufacturer. Do not add extra padding.

Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to set up your playard:

1. Unpack the Playard: Remove the playard from its carry bag. Unfasten the straps that hold the playard in its folded position.
2. Open the Frame: Stand the playard upright. Pull the two short side rails upwards until they lock into place. Then, pull the two long side rails upwards until they lock into place. Ensure all four rails are rigid and locked. If they do not lock, push the center of the floor down slightly and try again.
3. Secure the Floor: Push the center of the playard floor down firmly until it lies flat and is securely locked.
4. Install Bassinet (Optional): If using the infant bassinet, place it inside the playard and secure it according to the specific instructions provided with the bassinet attachment.
5. Attach Newborn Seat/Changer Unit: Position the reversible unit on top of the playard rails. Ensure it clicks securely into place on both sides.
6. Attach Mobile and Diaper Stacker: Secure the mobile arm to the designated slot on the playard rail. Attach the diaper stacker to the side of the playard for easy access to essentials.

Operating Instructions

Using the Reversible Newborn Seat & Changer

The reversible unit allows for quick transitions between a cozy newborn seat and a convenient changing station. To switch modes, simply rotate the unit. Ensure it locks securely into the desired position.

Infant Bassinet

The removable infant bassinet provides a comfortable, elevated sleeping area for newborns. Always ensure the bassinet is securely attached to the playard frame before placing your infant inside. Discontinue use when your child reaches the maximum weight/height or shows signs of pushing up.

Playard Use

Once your child outgrows the bassinet and newborn seat, the main playard area offers a safe and spacious environment for play and rest. Ensure the floor is securely locked down for stability.

Folding the Playard for Storage or Travel

To fold the playard, first remove the newborn seat/changer unit, bassinet, and any accessories. Pull the strap in the center of the playard floor upwards. Then, locate the release buttons on the center of each side rail and press them to unlock the rails. Once all rails are unlocked, push the sides inward to collapse the playard. Secure it with the attached straps and place it in the carry bag.

Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: Clean the playard with household soap and warm water. Allow to air dry. The changer's wipe-clean fabrics can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
• Fabric Care: Refer to the care tags on individual fabric components for specific washing instructions.
• Storage: When not in use, store the playard in its carry bag in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Graco Pack 'n Play, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Playard will not lock open: Ensure the center of the playard floor is not pushed down before attempting to lock the side rails. Pull the side rails up firmly until they click into place.
• Playard will not fold: Ensure the center of the playard floor is pulled up before attempting to unlock the side rails. Press the release buttons on each side rail firmly.
• Newborn Seat/Changer not secure: Verify that the unit is properly aligned with the playard rails and has clicked into place on both sides.
