4. Setup
4.1. Charging the Battery
- Connect the AC power adapter to the DC IN jack on the DVD player.
- Plug the AC power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Allow approximately 4-5 hours for a full charge.
- The indicator light will change or turn off when charging is complete.
4.2. Installing Remote Control Batteries
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment.
4.3. Powering On/Off
- To power on, slide the POWER switch to the ON position.
- To power off, slide the POWER switch to the OFF position.

5.1. Loading a Disc
- Open the disc compartment cover.
- Place a DVD or CD onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
- Gently press the disc until it clicks into place.
- Close the disc compartment cover.
- The player will automatically begin reading the disc.
5.2. Basic Playback Controls
- PLAY/PAUSE: Press to start or pause playback.
- STOP: Press once to stop playback, press twice to return to the beginning of the disc.
- SKIP (<< / >>): Press to skip to the previous or next chapter/track.
- FAST FORWARD/REWIND: Press and hold to fast forward or rewind.
- VOLUME (+/-): Adjust the audio output level.
- MENU: Access the disc's main menu.
5.3. Using USB/SD Media
- Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot.
- The player should automatically detect the media and display a menu.
- Use the navigation buttons (UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT) and ENTER to select files for playback.
5.4. Connecting to an External Display
To view content on a larger screen, use the included AV cable:
- Connect one end of the AV cable to the AV OUT jack on the portable DVD player.
- Connect the other end of the AV cable to the corresponding AV INPUT jacks (Yellow for Video, White for Left Audio, Red for Right Audio) on your television or monitor.
- Select the correct AV input source on your external display.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Unit: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the player. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Cleaning Discs: Wipe discs gently from the center outwards with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid touching the playback surface.
