  • SCAN: Automatically cycles through all functions every few seconds.
  • TIME: Displays the duration of your current exercise session.
  • COUNT: Shows the number of pedal rotations during the current session.
  • T-COUNT (Total Count): Displays the cumulative total number of pedal rotations since the device was last reset or battery replaced.
  • CALORIES: Estimates the calories burned during your current exercise session.

Press the red button on the display to manually cycle through the functions or to reset the current session's data (TIME, COUNT, CALORIES).

5.3. Adjusting Resistance

The mini exercise bike features adjustable magnetic resistance to customize your workout intensity.
