Antari S-100X High Powered Snow Machine

Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of your Antari S-100X High Powered Snow Machine. The S-100X is designed to produce realistic snow effects, ranging from gentle flurries to a full blizzard, suitable for various entertainment and event applications.

Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the machine to ensure proper usage and to prevent damage or injury.

Safety Information

Always observe the following safety precautions to reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or personal injury:

• Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
• Do not operate the machine if the power cord is damaged.
• Use only Antari SL-5 Snow / Foam Liquid or Antari SL-5A Snow Liquid Premium. Using other liquids may damage the machine and void the warranty.
• Keep the machine away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• Do not block the ventilation openings.
• Disconnect the machine from power before cleaning or servicing.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not aim the snow output directly at people or sensitive equipment.

Setup

1. Unpacking and Inspection:

   Carefully remove the Antari S-100X from its packaging. Inspect the machine for any signs of damage during transit. If damage is found, contact your dealer immediately.

2. Placement:

   Place the snow machine on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. The included hanging bracket can be used for elevated installations. When hanging, ensure the machine is securely fastened and that the liquid reservoir remains upright.

3. Filling the Liquid Reservoir:

   Unscrew the cap of the liquid reservoir and carefully pour Antari SL-5 Snow / Foam Liquid or Antari SL-5A Snow Liquid Premium into the tank. The tank capacity is 5 liters. Do not overfill. Securely replace the cap after filling.

4. Connecting Power:

   Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power supply matches the voltage requirements of the machine.

5. Connecting the Remote Control:

   Plug the SC-2 Volume Remote into the designated remote control port on the back of the machine. This remote allows for convenient control of snow output.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On:

   Flip the main power switch to the "ON" position. The machine will begin its warm-up cycle. This typically takes a few minutes as the heating element reaches the optimal operating temperature.

2. Snow Output Control:

   Once the machine is warmed up (indicated by a ready light, if present, or after a few minutes), use the SC-2 Volume Remote to control the snow output. The remote allows adjustment of the output volume, from a gentle snowfall to a powerful blizzard. The maximum output rate is approximately 200 ml per minute.

3. Power Off:

   When finished, turn the power switch to the "OFF" position. It is recommended to run the machine until the liquid reservoir is empty or to drain any remaining liquid if storing for an extended period.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your snow machine.

• Cleaning:

  Periodically clean the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the output nozzle is clear of any blockages.

• Liquid Management:

  Always use fresh, recommended Antari snow liquid. Do not mix different types of liquids. If the machine will not be used for an extended period, it is advisable to drain the liquid reservoir and run a small amount of distilled water through the pump system to prevent clogs.

• Storage:

  Store the machine in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the liquid reservoir is empty or contains only fresh, recommended liquid if storing for short periods.
