Setup
1. Battery Installation
Locate the battery compartments on both the transmitter and receiver units. Insert the required AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery covers securely.
2. Probe Connection
Connect the meat probe cable to the designated port on the transmitter unit. Ensure a firm connection.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the power button on both the transmitter and receiver units to turn them on. The units should automatically pair. If not, refer to the troubleshooting section.
2. Selecting Meat Type and Taste Level
- Press the MEAT button to cycle through the 8 available meat types (e.g., Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken).
- Press the TASTE button to select the desired doneness level (e.g., Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Well Done).

3. Temperature Monitoring
Insert the meat probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bone or gristle. The current internal temperature will be displayed on both units. The target temperature is automatically set based on your meat type and taste level selection.
4. Temperature Alert
When the meat reaches the target temperature, the receiver unit will emit an audible alarm and/or visual alert. Remove the meat from the heat source immediately.
5. Timer Function
The device includes a countdown/count-up timer. Use the MIN and SEC buttons to set the desired time for the countdown timer. Press START/STOP to begin or pause. Press CLEAR to reset the timer.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always clean the meat probe thoroughly after each use with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely.
- Do not immerse the transmitter or receiver units in water. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the device.
Storage
Store the thermometer and probe in a clean, dry place when not in use. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
