• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Do not run the mixer on a high speed for more than 10 minutes continuously to prevent motor overheating. Allow the motor to cool down between consecutive uses.

4. Setup

Before first use, wash all non-electric parts (mixing bowl, beaters, dough hooks) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the main mixer unit with a damp cloth.

1. Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the suction feet on the base are securely attached to prevent movement during operation.
2. Press the TILT button to raise the motor head.
3. Insert the desired attachments (beaters or dough hooks) into the designated slots until they click into place. Ensure they are fully secured.
4. Place the 3-quart stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base. Align the guides and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place.
5. Lower the motor head by pressing the TILT button again until it locks into the down position.
6. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Your DASH Everyday Stand Mixer features 6 speed settings for optimal mixing control.

1. Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl.
2. Select the appropriate speed using the speed control knob (0-6). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing and ensure thorough mixing.
3. For optimal mixing, especially with thicker ingredients, utilize the adjustable slide feature on the base to move the bowl side-to-side, ensuring all ingredients are incorporated evenly.
4. When mixing lighter ingredients like eggs or thin batters, the bowl may not rotate automatically. This is normal. For thicker mixtures, the bowl will typically rotate on its own.
5. Do not operate the mixer for more than 10 minutes at a time on high speeds to prevent motor overheating. Allow for cooling periods between uses.
6. Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control knob to '0' (OFF) and unplug the mixer.
7. Press the TILT button to raise the motor head. Press the EJECT button to release the attachments.
