Setup Guide

  1. Unpack the Heater: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for off-season storage.
  2. Positioning: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure it is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible materials.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the heater is turned off (thermostat set to minimum, heat settings to '0' or 'Off'). Plug the heater directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
  4. Initial Use: During the first few minutes of initial use, or after long periods of storage, the heater may emit a slight odor. This is normal and will quickly disappear.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Plug the heater into a suitable electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate when the unit is receiving power.
  2. Select Heat Setting:
    • I (Low): 600 watts
    • II (Medium): 900 watts
    • III (High): 1500 watts
Select the desired heat output using the heat setting switch.
  3. Adjust Thermostat: Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the "MAX" position. Once the room reaches your desired temperature, slowly turn the thermostat knob counter-clockwise until you hear a "click" and the power indicator light turns off. This sets the heater to maintain the current temperature. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain this setting.
  4. Turning Off: To turn the heater off, turn the heat setting switch to "0" or "Off" and unplug the heater from the electrical outlet.

For optimal performance, ensure doors and windows are closed in the room where the heater is operating to prevent heat loss.
