8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your SINOTECH GD072, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Appliance does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outage; switch in wrong position. Check power connection; verify power supply; ensure switch is in 'On' position.
Motor stops during operation or slows down significantly. Overheating; food blockage; too much food inserted at once. Turn off and unplug. Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Clear any blockages using the 'Reverse' function or by disassembling and cleaning. Feed smaller quantities.
Meat is not grinding properly or tomato pulp is too wet. Incorrect assembly; dull blade (meat grinder); pulp density regulator not adjusted (tomato strainer). Check assembly of blade and grinding plate. For tomato strainer, adjust the pulp density regulator. Ensure meat is properly prepared (no bones/gristle).
Loud noise or vibration. Loose parts; incorrect assembly. Turn off and unplug. Check that all parts are securely assembled and tightened.

If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
